About
I’m a psychodynamic therapist offering online and in-person sessions. With a background in nursing and mental health, I believe real change begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood, not managed or made to feel wrong.
I’m drawn to the quieter, more complex parts of human experience, the feelings that don’t always make sense but do carry emotional truth. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and steadiness, offering a safe and supportive space where your story can unfold at its own pace. I see therapy as a collaborative space, somewhere we can explore what’s asking to be understood and gently make sense of your experiences together.
